Research Outputs

The lab’s scholarly work includes journal articles, conference papers, patents, open-source software, research hardware, and student-led technical contributions. Current and recent work spans mechanically interlocking structures, multiscale mechanics, nonlinear structural behavior, materials characterization, automated research systems, open computational tools, and vertically integrated research mentorship.

Software and Open Research Tools

The Nanosystems Lab develops software and open hardware to support experimental automation, computational modeling, image analysis, process control, materials characterization, and research data processing. Public repositories are available through the Nanosystems Lab GitHub site.
